Carousel Logistics Ltd. bought time-critical logistics company BDA Logistics Innovation.

The integration of BDA, which will be rebranded as Carousel, is expected to expand the combined group's service portfolio and extend its network in the Netherlands, Ireland and the U.K.

Carousel is a service-logistics provider and technology platform backed by Livingbridge, which said that the merger should boost company revenues by more than 50%.

Kevin Turner will remain managing director of BDA's air-bridge division, while the company's operations, locations and account management teams will stay intact.
