Presidio Bank COO retiring; successor named

Sherry Price, who joined San Francisco-based in 2007 as executive vicepresident and COO, is retiring May 6, according to an email received by S&PGlobal Market Intelligence on May 5.

Presidio Bank appointed Dave Meshriy to serve as its new executivevice president and COO in October 2015 to allow for a smooth transition. Meshriy'scareer includes serving as Bank Secrecy Act officer and head of banking operationsfor Santa Clara, Calif.-based SiliconValley Bank, a unit of SVBFinancial Group.
