Moody's revised the ratings outlook for topositive from stable.
The rating agency also affirmed the company's B2 corporatefamily rating, B2-PD probability of default rating and SGL-2 speculative gradeliquidity rating.
According to Moody's, the outlook revision follows ChangeHealthcare's announced agreement to form a joint venture with McKesson's Technology Solutionsbusiness. If the newly formed joint venture is completed, Change Healthcarewill be part of an enterprise with a stronger overall credit profile than ifChange Healthcare remains a standalone company.
The corporate family rating is based on Change Healthcare'shigh leverage and significant competition in the health care technologyindustry, Moody's added.
