Kingsrose Mining out of administration

Kingsrose Mining Ltd. said on Aug. 1 it has fulfilled the conditions of the arrangement with its creditors, which has allowed the group to come out of external administration as of July 31.

Control of its affairs has reverted back to its directors, following the restructuring agreed with administrators in February.

Kingsrose has started open cut mining at the Way Linggo gold mine in Indonesia's Lampung province.

It will update the market in due course on when its shares restart trading on the Australian Securities Exchange.
