Owl Rock Capital unit amends credit facility

Owl Rock Capital Corp subsidiary ORCC Financing II LLC entered into an amendment to the credit agreement dated May 22.

The amendment increased the aggregate revolving loan commitments of the lenders to $400 million from $200 million. It also increased the aggregate term loan commitments of the lenders to $150 million from $50 million.

Under the amendment, the reinvestment period was extended to end two years after Oct. 10 and the stated maturity was extended to May 22, 2026.

Also under the amendment, Societe Generale, Great American Life Insurance Co. and Great American Insurance Co. became lenders for the credit facility.
