Aroundtown SA launched cash tender offers for its €600.0 million of 1.5% notes due 2022 and €550.0 million of 2.125% notes due 2023.

As of Jan. 14, approximately €259.5 million and €211.4 million of the 2022 and 2023 notes were outstanding, respectively.

The real estate company expects the offers to settle Jan. 23.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. and Deutsche Bank AG are the dealer managers, while Lucid Issuer Services Ltd. is the tender agent.
