Hansae Yes24 Holdings Co. Ltd said its normalized net income for the third quarter came to 112.85 South Korean won per share, a decrease from 114.95 won per share in the year-earlier period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 4.51 billion won, a decline from 4.59 billion won in the prior-year period.
The normalized profit margin fell to 0.7% from 1.0% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue climbed 36.1% on an annual basis to 645.94 billion won from 474.73 billion won, and total operating expenses climbed 34.4% on an annual basis to 587.55 billion won from 437.07 billion won.
Reported net income rose 25.8% from the prior-year period to 13.01 billion won, or 325.30 won per share, from 10.34 billion won, or 259.00 won per share.
As of Nov. 16, US$1 was equivalent to 1,172.80 South Korean won.
