Black Dog Venture Partners acquired a 10% stake in Hawaii-based cannabis digital media agency Chronic Internet.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Chronic Internet is a holding company of portfolio websites focused on the cannabis industry without the direct sale of any cannabis-based merchandise. Black Dog Venture Partners provides venture capital consulting, corporate finance, business development, digital marketing and publicity for brands and companies.
