Hong Kong-based Cinda International Holdings Ltd. announced executive changes, including the redesignation of Managing Director Gong Zhijian as CEO.

Gong will also continue to serve as the company's executive director and deputy chairman, according to a Dec. 12 release.

In addition, Cinda International's deputy general managers, Lau Mun Chung and Zhou Lu, were redesignated deputy CEOs. Lau will also continue as an executive director.

The changes are effective the same day.
