Foncière des Régions selling €287M of assets

Foncière des Régions has signed €287 million of sales and preliminary sales agreements for retail assets in France as part of its ongoing divestment of non-strategic assets.

The deals involves the €264 million sale of 81 commercial assets leased to Quick and the €23 million disposal of five properties leased to Jardiland.

Aside from the recent agreements, the company has secured €949 million in sales since the start of 2017 as it continues to refocus on the French and Italian office markets, the European hotel sector and the German residential market, according to a release.
