Conway, Ark.-based Home BancShares Inc. said that Dave Seleski was appointed to the board of its subsidiary Centennial Bank.
Seleski was CEO of Stonegate Bank, which Home BancShares acquired in 2017.
Home BancShares also announced the promotion of David Druey to regional president in Florida. He most recently served as division president for Broward County for almost four years.
R. Rick Hart stepped down as president of the Northern Region of Renasant Bank to become chairman of the bank's Middle Tennessee division.
The Tupelo, Miss.-based bank is a unit of Renasant Corp.
Ingrid LaMae deJongh, a director of Carver Bancorp Inc. and unit Carver Federal Savings Bank, resigned from her positions with the New York-based company and the bank.
There were no disagreements between deJongh and the company or the bank.
She was a partner at Accenture from 1987 to 2012, S&P Global Market Intelligence records show.
Commerce State Bank appointed James Testwuide to its board, gmtoday.com reported.
Testwuide is the president and CEO of H. C. Denison Co.
