PioneerSavings Bank has completed its acquisition of Anchor Agency, an Albany, N.Y.-basedindependent insurance agency, the AlbanyBusiness Review reported July 12.

Anchor Agency provides personal insurance, commercialinsurance and employee benefits, such as life, group health and long-term care,according to the report. The company will operate under the same name and retainall its employees and existing client base.
