Monex makes organizational, personnel changes

Monex Group Inc. made changes in its management, personnel and organization of unit Monex Inc., effective Jan. 1, 2018.

The planning department will be renamed the corporate planning department, while the marketing department under the sales division will be split into the sales planning department and marketing department, according to a Dec. 21 release.

The company will also establish an operations department and transfer to it part of the operations systems department's functions.

Further, Nozomi Takasaki and Satoshi Hasuo were appointed as managing directors, while remaining senior executive directors. Takuya Yamanaka will no longer be a managing director but will remain a senior executive director.
