Cokal Ltd. co-founder and Chairman Peter Lynch died in a plane crash Jan. 26, the company said in a statement issued the following day.

Lynch was also Fortescue Metals Group Ltd.'s director for development.

Lynch was piloting a seaplane during Perth's Skyshow event for Australia Day when it crashed into the Swan River. His partner Endah Cakrawati was also killed in the crash.
