Deutsche Bank hires JPMorgan exec for intelligence role

Deutsche Bank AG appointed Robert McMillan a managing director and global head of intelligence, eFinancialCareers reported Jan. 19.

He most recently served at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as global head of sanctions compliance for the corporate and investment bank.

Earlier in January, Deutsche Bank's global head for anti-crime unit, Peter Hazlewood, departed following clashes with senior executives after the bank reportedly turned down his request to take on board an additional 600 employees in the financial crimes division, the report noted.
