ORIX unit issues Indian rupee-denominated bonds

ORIX Corp. unit ORIX Leasing & Financial Services India raised 1 billion rupees through the issuance of secured nonconvertible debentures.

The Indian rupee-denominated bonds, which bear an annual coupon of 7.95%, will mature Dec. 27, 2019.

As of Dec. 27, US$1 was equivalent to 68.21 Indian rupees.
