Switzerland-based Bergos Berenberg AG appointed Christof Kutscher as its chairman.

Kutscher also serves as the chairman of AXA Investment Managers SA and was head of UBS Group AG's asset management business for Asia-Pacific and a member of the bank's managing board.

Meanwhile, Bergos Berenberg, which separated from German private bank Berenberg Group in 2018, named Swiss lawyer Patricia Guerra member of the board.
