's recently launched mobile virtual networkoperator Circles.Life is offering its subscribers unlimited calls, messages andvideos on FacebookInc.'s WhatsApp, without consuming their monthly data plan, The Straits Times reported May 5.

Circles.Lifealso equips its line-only plans with a free caller ID display, for which itslocal competitors M1, SingTelLtd. and StarHubLtd. charge 5 Singapore dollars a month.

Thecompany's basic plan starts at 28 Singapore dollars a month, which includes 100minutes of calls and 3GB mobile data. Competitors offer lower prices forsimilar plans, ranging from a monthly subscription of 20 Singapore dollars to25 Singapore dollars.

As of May 6, 2016, US$1 is equivalent to 1.36Singapore dollars.
