Report: US company XCoal to acquire equity stake in Bounty Mining
U.S.-based XCoal Energy & Resources LLC is set to take about a 10% stake in Bounty Mining Ltd. as it looks to raise A$18 million through an IPO later this month. Bounty Mining could start trading on the ASX by mid-June.
