Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. Inc. appointed Kevin Sullivan managing director and co-head of the company's investment banking group.

Prior to joining the firm, Sullivan was a managing director in the middle-market group of Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

The company also appointed Gregory Simpson managing director and Philip Metzger vice president in the investment banking group.

Simpson previously led the healthcare merger and acquisition practice at Dawson James Securities Inc. Metzger previously worked at Wells Fargo Securities where he worked on M&A transactions and capital raises.
