Honeywell International Inc., a manufacturer of aerospace systems, consumer products and engineering services, said Feb. 26 that it would appoint Roger Fradin chairman of the Homes and Global Distribution business spinoff.
Fradin had previously served as president and CEO of Honeywell's Automation and Controls Solutions business group.
