FirstCaribbean International Bank Ltd. CFO Brian Lee will leave the bank to take up a new role at parent company Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.

Lee will move into his new role as senior vice president and chief auditor at CIBC later in the year after his successor is in place at FirstCaribbean, the company said Jan. 31.

Lee has served as FirstCaribbean CFO since 2012, and previously was CIBC's senior vice president for finance.
