Watkin Jones PLC and Round Hill Capital are in exclusive talks in which the real estate investor and manager are forward-funding the former's £250 million worth of seven student housing developments in the U.K., Property Week reported, without citing sources.

The 2,598-bed Project Colorado portfolio was placed on the market in February and is located in Wembley, Waltham, Bristol, Glasgow, Coventry and Chester, the June 14 report noted.

Watkin Jones is based in the U.K. and focuses on residential development and student accommodations development and management.
