Colony Capital Inc. unit Colony Industrial purchased the Atlanta NE/I-85 industrial portfolio of nine class A warehouse properties in the Atlanta area for an undisclosed amount.

The portfolio is 96% leased to 23 tenants and totals 890,920 square feet across six buildings at 2150 Boggs Road NW in Duluth, Ga.; one building at 1645 Satellite Blvd., in Duluth; and two buildings at 2925 and 3255 Shawnee Industrial Way in Suwanee, Ga.

The transaction expands the company's light industrial logistics portfolio in Atlanta to more than 7.7 million square feet, according to a release.
