Eurohold Bulgaria lists all shares on Warsaw Stock Exchange

The Warsaw Stock Exchange approved the admission of 52,012,288 shares of Eurohold Bulgaria AD to trading on the stock exchange's main market as of Dec. 8, the company said Dec. 7.

Following the WSE's decision, all 161,345,000 shares of the company were admitted to trading on the Polish stock exchange.

Eurohold is also conducting a new capital increase procedure on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, after which it plans to register the new shares for trading on the WSE, the company noted.

Eurohold is a parent company of Euroins Insurance Group AD, which has units in several countries, including Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia and Ukraine.
