Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. and unit arereviewing strategic options for their stakes in United Engineers Ltd. and WBL Corp.Ltd., according to a Sept. 26 joint statement.

The companies have not yet made a decision on whether topursue any specific transaction or any other option. There is no certainty thatthe ongoing review will result in any transaction, the companies said.
