Following an approval from the Australian Securities and Investment Commission, Huntley Management Ltd. has become the responsible entity for RNY Property Trust, effective July 2.

Huntley, which replaced RNY Australia Management Ltd., has named Aurora Funds Management Ltd. as the real estate investment trust's investment manager, according to a release.
