J.G. Wentworth expects noncompliance notice from NYSE

J.G. WentworthCo. said it expects to receive notice from the NYSE of being belowthe exchange's continued listing standards.

The company's average market capitalization was less than $50million over a consecutive 30-trading-day period and its stockholders' equityas of March 31 was less than $50 million.

J.G. Wentworth intends to submit a plan to the stockexchange to show how it expects to regain compliance with the NYSE continued listingstandards. The company may also consider transferring its stock listing to theNYSE-MKT platform if it turns out to be a better long-term option.

The company also said that the NYSE notification will notimpact its business or its SEC reporting requirements and will not cause anevent of default under any of the company's material debt or other agreements.
