Caesars subsidiaries ink nondisclosure agreement with certain creditors

CaesarsEntertainment Corp.'s Caesars Entertainment Operating Co. Inc. ismoving forward with its restructuring with the execution of a nondisclosureagreement with certain beneficial holders of its debt, as well as certain oftheir nondebtor affiliates.

The company said April 5 that the agreement isin connection with the commencement of a mediation process intended to progressthe group's restructuring proceedings.

Caesars Entertainment Operating and its Chapter 11debtor subsidiariessaid they are "hopeful" that the mediation process throughdiscussions and negotiations with its key stakeholders could help buildconsensus to resolve the group's financial restructuring.
