Banco La Hipotecaria to issue $3.45M in 3-year notes

Banco La Hipotecaria SA on Jan. 7, 2019, will offer $3.45 million worth of three-year notes to fund growth in its mortgage loan book, the company said in a filing.

The Y-series instruments, part of a larger $50 million debt program, will carry an an interest rate of 4.675%.

The notes mature Jan. 10, 2022, though the bank has the option to redeem after a two-year period.
