Dufry prices €800M senior notes offering

Dufry AG priced an €800 million offering of senior notes with a maturity of seven years.

The Swiss travel retailer increased the offering to €800 million from the previously announced amount of €500 million.

The senior notes will have an annual interest rate of 2.5% and interest will be paid semiannually in arrears.

Dufry plans to use the net proceeds to redeem the existing €500 million principal amount of outstanding senior notes due 2022 and to lower bank debt.
