German American Bancorp names several C-level execs, including chief credit officer

Jasper, Ind.-basedGerman American Bancorp Inc.promoted Randall Braun to executive vice president and chief retail banking anddevelopment officer, D. Neil Dauby to executive vice president and chief commercialbanking officer, and Keith Leinenbach to executive vice president and chief creditofficer.

Braun joinedGerman American in 2011. He will continue to head the company's retail banking businessline. He will now also oversee the company's leadership development program, andits human resource and training functions.

Dauby has beenwith the company since 2001, and was most recently president of one of German American'scommunity banking subsidiaries. He will also keep his post of regional presidentof the company's south-central region, comprising the Indiana counties of Dubois,Perry and Spencer.

Leinenbach waspreviously corporate senior vice president and chief credit officer at the company,which he joined in 2000.

Also, the companypromoted Clay Barrett to senior vice president of technology and operations,and Vicki Schuler to senior vice president and controller, respectively.

Barrett was formerly the company's vice president for digitalbanking, electronic payments and project management. Schuler used to hold the positionof vice president and controller at the company, according to a news release.
