Enterprise subsidiary completes $1.25B senior notes offering

subsidiary Enterprise ProductsOperating LLC on April 13 completed its of $1.25 billionaggregate principal amount of unsecured, unsubordinated senior notes.

Theoffering is composed of $575.0 million of 2.850% senior notes due April 2021,$575.0 million of 3.950% senior notes due February 2027 and $100.0 million of4.900% senior notes due May 2046. The 2046 notes represent a re-opening of anoutstanding series of senior notes, $875.0 million of which was issued on May7, 2015.

The seniornotes were issued under an indenture as of Oct. 4, 2004, among EnterpriseProducts Operating as issuer, Enterprise Products Partners as guarantor andWells Fargo Bank N.A. as trustee, according to the Form 8-K filed April 13.
