Dekateluses KPN's network to provide fixed and mobile services. Following thetransaction, Dekatel will reportedly adopt the Yes Telecom brand, while itscustomers will continue to receive the same services.

The deal isexpected to boost Yes Telecom's presence in the fixed telephony and Internetmarkets in the Netherlands.
