ECB sets out Credem's 2018 minimum capital requirements

The ECB required Credito Emiliano SpA to maintain a minimum common equity Tier 1 ratio of 7.375%, including a Pillar 2 requirement of 1%, following the results of the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process for 2018.

In addition, the Italian lender is required to maintain a Tier 1 ratio of 8.875% and total capital ratio of 10.875%.

Credem's CET1 ratio, Tier 1 ratio and total capital ratio, all on a phased-in basis, stood at 13.37%, 13.38% and 15.07%, respectively, as of Sept. 30.
