Rabina Properties JV buys Brooklyn, NY, site for $33M

A joint venture between Rabina Properties LLC and Workable City Development acquired the Greenpoint loft complex at 239 Banker St. in Brooklyn, N.Y., for $33 million, The Real Deal reported, citing city records.

239 Holdings LLC, an entity managed by Bruman Realty LLC's Joseph Brunner, sold the four-story, 69-unit rental complex, which it bought in 2016 for $10.9 million, the report noted, citing property records.

M&T Bank provided $24 million financing for the deal, the report added.

Rabina confirmed the partnership with Workable but declined further comments, while Workable, M&T Bank and Bruman did not immediately return requests for comment, according to the report.
