Banco CMF issues bonds worth 250M pesos

Banco CMF SA on Dec. 20 issued bonds worth 250 million Argentine pesos under its global bond program for up to 1 billion pesos or its equivalent in other currencies, the bank said in a securities filing.

The class 9 negotiable bonds carry a variable interest rate and mature in 2018. Argentina's securities regulator, CNV, authorized the issuance on Dec. 19.

As of Dec. 21, US$1 was equivalent to 15.83 Argentine pesos.
