First Menasha-Nicolet deal has $3.3M termination fee

First Menasha Bancshares Inc.'s merger agreement with Nicolet Bankshares Inc. includes a termination fee of $3.3 million. It is to be paid by the Neenah, Wis.-based target if Green Bay, Wis.-based Nicolet cancels the deal under certain circumstances, according to a Dec. 21 regulatory filing recently acquired by S&P Global Market Intelligence.

The filing also disclosed the deal's expected completion date of April 28, 2017.
