Axis Bank Ltd. plans to issue US$10 million of senior floating-rate notes.

The bank's board approved a plan to issue the 3-year notes through its Dubai International Financial Centre branch, according to a Feb. 2 release.

The notes will be issued under the bank's medium-term note program.
