Howard Hughes Corp. broke ground on the 751-unit 'A'ali'i At Ward Village mixed-use residential development in Hawaii.

Sales on the project began in January, with over 76% of units sold since then, the company said.

'A'ali'i will include up to 11,300 square feet of street-level retail and about an acre of recreational amenities. It is part of the Howard Hughes-developed Ward Village community that includes Waiea, Anaha, Ae'o and Ke Kilohana towers. The 60-acre community will include about 1 million square feet of retail and food and beverage space, with over 4,500 homes upon completion.
