Phillips 66 Partners' credit facility increased to $750M

's creditagreement has been amended to increase the amount available to $750 million andto extend the termination date to Oct. 3, 2021.

Underthe amendment, the partnership has the option to increase the overall capacityof the credit facility by up to an additional $250 million and to extend thecredit agreement by two one-year terms from Oct. 3, 2021, both subject to theconsent of the lenders, according to an Oct. 5 SEC filing.

J.P.Morgan Chase Bank NA serves as the administrative agent under the agreement.
