TriMetalsMining Inc. said July 26 that it started a 6,100-meter reversecirculation drill program at its GoldSprings project, which is on the Nevada/Utah border. Drilling isexpected to take several months to complete.
The program will initially target the Thor area, which isbeing interpreted as part of a larger trend that may extend as much as 1.6 kilometersand includes three of 26 areas of outcropping gold mineralization at GoldSprings.
TriMetals drilledtwo of the 26 areas of outcropping gold mineralization last year. Followinginitial drilling at Thor, the program will focus on expanding the existingJumbo and Grey Eagle/White Point resources.
