Omega Healthcare Investors Inc. issued $550.0 million of its 4.750% senior notes due 2028, and $150.0 million of its 4.500% senior notes due 2025.
The notes mature Jan. 15, 2028, and Jan. 15, 2025, respectively. U.S. Bank NA served as trustee for the offering.
