Tinder acquires contact management startup

Match GroupInc.'s Tinder Inc.acquired San Francisco-based contact management startup Humin for anundisclosed sum.

Under the term of the deal, the Los Angeles-based dating apppurchased Humin's technology and intellectual property, according to a March 29news release. In addition, Humin leadership and many members of the team willwork for Tinder on an ongoing basis. Humin co-founders Ankur Jain and DavidWyler will become Tinder's vice presidents of product and partnerships,respectively.
