Global private equity firm The Younan Co. bought the entire assets of Septimo Concept SA, the Geneva-headquartered manufacturer of El Septimo premium cigars, further expanding its Younan Collection luxury brand.

The acquired company will be rebranded as El Septimo Geneva SA and is slated to launch in U.S. markets later in 2019.

Younan specializes in the luxury consumer sector with a portfolio of luxury products and properties, lifestyle companies and services through its subsidiaries Younan Properties Inc. and La Grande Maison Younan Collection SAS.
