Klövern establishes 10B kronor medium-term note program

As planned, Klövern AB set up a 10 billion-Swedish-kronor medium-term note program in a bid to expand its financing sources.

The program will be secured by a pool of property assets and fully covered by property mortgage certificates.

Nordea Bank and Swedbank are arrangers of the program, as well as appointed dealers, along with Danske Bank.

MAQS has been serving as legal adviser to the company, while Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå has been acting as legal adviser to the arrangers.

As of Oct. 5, US$1 was equivalent to 8.13 Swedish kronor.
