UPS Inc. on Aug. 18 completed its deal to acquire Coyote Logistics LLC for a transaction value of $1.80 billion.

In addition to general closing conditions, the deal required additional review for antitrust concerns.

BofA Merrill Lynch International Ltd. and UBS Group AG were the financial advisers for United Parcel Service, and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP was the legal adviser.

Credit Suisse Group AG was the financial adviser for Coyote Logistics.
