Amazon renews 'Bosch' for 3rd season

's Amazon Studiosrenewed detective series "Bosch" for a third season, reportedApril 1, citing a company release.

The thirdseason will have 10 episodes and will likely premiere in 2017, according to thereport. The show's official social media account confirmed the renewal via a tweetthe same day.

"Bosch,"which stars Titus Welliver as LAPD detective Harry Bosch, is based on novels byMichael Connelly. The series was developed by Eric Overmyer. Connelly,Overmyer, Pieter Jan Brugge and Henrik Bastin of Fabrik Entertainment serve as executiveproducers.
