URU Metals Ltd. is investing £500,000 in a conditional placement of Management Resource Solutions plc, which is raising up to £3 million, before expenses, at 5 pence per share.

If the proposed placement is fully subscribed and becomes unconditional, URU Metals will own about 11.4% of Management Resource.

In addition, URU Metals CEO John Zorbas was appointed as the nonexecutive chairman of Management Resource.
