CION Investment Corp. has entered into a third amended and restated expense support and conditional reimbursement agreement with CION Investment Group LLC and Apollo Investment Management LP to extend the termination date to Dec. 31, 2017, from Dec. 31, 2016.

No other material terms were amended.
